Good evening everyone! Hope you all had a great Monday!

I have some exciting to share, Ulta is currently offering 40% off Almay, Revlon, Physician’s Formula and NYX products!

This sale ends on Saturday September 29th so I ran to my nearest Ulta today and got some items I’ve been wanting to try.

– Beautiful dark red for the fall!

– Extremely BRIGHT orange but it’s so pretty!

I also used the $3.50 off $10 purchase coupon (Online Code 70715 & Printable Version)

All 5 items totaled: $18.67

Such a good deal right!?

Hidden Treasure at Old Navy!

Today I visited my local Old Navy and as always I went straight to the clearance section! A pair of shorts immediately caught my eye and the price tag made them even better! As I inspected a little, I realized they were actually board shorts but I couldn’t help the cute design and tried them on. Needless to say I fell in love and purchased them for $6.49!

However, I will not be wearing them as board shorts. Instead they will be a great look for Florida with the hot weather. How can you not all in love with this cute design!

The shorts have a great length, not too short but not too long. The elastic waistband is very comfortable. All in all, I can’t wait to wear them and highly encourage that you visit your local Old Navy and at least try them on! Maybe they will even be on sale! πŸ™‚

Let me know if you try them!

Two new pieces from H&M

As I mentioned in another blog post, the NY post had an H&M coupon on it and I took advantage of that!

I was able to go last weekend and score two really cute items!

First item is this mint dress that comes with a pastel pink belt for only $23 with the coupon! I really like the shape of the dress and the away it accentuates my body. This will come in handy this year since I have a few events that this dress will be great for! I’m really looking forward to wearing this cute dress. Look out for a future OOTN!

The second item comes from the Conscious collection and it’s this cute sleeveless sheer top that has a collar with amazing detailing on it. I plan on pairing this with many different bottoms this summer! Only $8 with the coupon!

Did anyone else take advantage of the coupons?

Target Find!

Good Morning! Hope you are all having a beautiful Monday!

This past weekend my roommates and I took our usual Target trip and found a nice deal! These peep toes wedges are on sale for $8.98! I found them on the Target website but they don’t show up as being on sale but I would suggest you checking your local Target just to make sure!

Let me know if you find them! πŸ™‚

Weekend Outfit!

This past weekend, I had a great time bonding with my roommates! Our time in NY is dwindling down so I’m glad we get to spend some time together exploring the city. Here is my outfit for Saturday.

The weather has been a little weird here, it’s cold one day and hot the next.

My main goal was to layer to pieces and keep the scarf just in case it got chilly. Thankfully my H&M bag came in handy if I ever needed to put away my scarf.

My outfit!

  • Black Blazer from Target (Got it on sale for $14 bucks a while back) Here’s a similar style!
  • The top I’m wearing can be a dress but its way to short so I paired it with some leggings. Here is a similar style!
  • Target Leggings! So comfortable. They usually cost $8 but they go on sale for $5 occasionally.
  • Scarf is from my grandmas closet πŸ™‚ Here’s a pretty close style!
  • The boots are a really old pair that I purchased at Ross.Β
  • Earrings are leopard print tear drop earrings from Forever 21.

On to my arm candy! My friends and I have a secret jem in Miami called the Mart which is located at the Double Tree Hotel close to the Airport. We have been shopping here since high school and it is our FAVORITE place to find inexpensive jewelry!

  • Watch $30 (Including link removal)
  • Turquoise bracelet with gold accent $2.75
  • Brown bracelet $1.50 (Came in a pack of 3)

There is so much variety at this place and it may be a little overwhelming but you can find some really good stuff there!

Tips for your next visit to the Miami Mart!

  • Parking is $5 but if you get the ticket stamped, you get $1 back!
  • Check multiple stores before making a purchase because some stores may be more inexpensive than the one you just went to.
  • Go with cash!

*Few other things in case you are interested!

They also sell wholesale, so if you own a business then you can buy products in bulk.

Great place to buy bridesmaids gifts, prom accessories and just gifts in general for any occasion!

Hope you guys enjoyed this post! If you have ever gone to this location or go after reading this, let me know how it went!

Happy Wednesday!

Fashion Finds from Forever 21

Today I had some time to kill so I wondered in the midtown area which led me to the big Forever at Times Square. Sometimes I hate going there because it’s always packed with tourists but it truly is the best Forever with only 4 floors! What else can you ask for!

I only picked up three things but I’m really excited about all of them!

Forever 21 Dress $12.50

Similar style to the ones I got today (mine cost $9.80) the ones pictured here actually cost less at $7.50!

Simple necklace $4.80!

Like I mentioned, I’m really excited about these pieces! They will be great for the summer!

Let me know if you purchase any of these items!

Weekend OOTN

This weekend I went to dinner at a really nice restaurant for my cousin’s birthday! I put together a cute but also comfortable outfit πŸ™‚ I should have worn another jacket since it got colder later in the evening.

Shoes: Mia Quincy Wedge $29.99 from Marshalls *Can also be found at DSW

Jeans: Forever 21 $10.80

Tank Top: Basic from Love Culture (got it a long time ago for less that $5)

Blazer: H&M $19.99 *Got this baby for $17 with a 20% off coupon I had received in an email!

Necklace: Body Shop $3.90 *This Body Shop is clothing and all their Jewelry is usually pretty inexpensive!

Earrings: Miami Mart at Double Tree hotel.

Ring: Forever 21 Between $3-4

My favorite piece from this entire outfit is definitely the blazer! I couldn’t believe it was so inexpensive for such a nicely tailored blazer. It’s hard to find so I had to purchase it.

This was also my first night trying the BB cream and I used my Studio Fix to set it because I was a little scared of it falling off my face!

Yesterday I used it by itself, and I saw a little bit of shininess coming through my T zone. We’ll see what happens in the next few weeks.

Today I used my studio fix again so we’ll see how it holds up for a full day.

Hope you are all having a wonderful Monday!

What’s your favorite thing to do on a Monday so that the day passes by quicker?

* Everything mentioned was bought by me and are my own opinions!

Welcome & Recently Bought Items!

Welcome to my blog dedicated to makeup and fashion! I hope you all enjoy reading about what I love! Please visit the About tab to learn more about what you can find on this blog.

This weekend I got a few things that I am extremely excited about! I was in Jersey and got to visit one of my favorite drugstores: Harmon Face Value! It always has everything at great prices and some extra coupons available most of the time. My family and I also stopped by a cute boutique name Dor L DorΒ that was recommended by a friend.

List of what I purchased:

Garnier BB Cream (Harmon)

Garnier Fructis Curl Calm Down Cream (Harmon)

Wet & Wild Megalast Nailpolish (Harmon)

Revlon Photoready concealer (Harmon)

Black belt with bow detail (Dor L Dor)

Pink scarf (Dor L Dor)

1st and most exciting product is the Garnier BB Cream! I know that the reviews have been a little up and down but I wanted to give it a try especially since some of the spring heat is coming through. First impression after I took the product out was that the packaging lied! It clearly stated that the picture on the outside is the “actual size” but if you see the product, it’s not true! I’m going to just ignore that and focus on the product itself!

I will update you all once I try it for a few weeks πŸ™‚

Price: $11.99 (Harmon Face Value)

Color: Light/Medium

I have been dying to try this product for a WHILE, but seeing it’s ~13 or more price tag always made me a little uneasy. Until I found it for $7.99 plus a $1 coupon off today at Harmon! I had to purchase it and I’m so excited to try it!

Price: $6.99 (Harmon Face Value) *price after coupon*

Color: Light/Medium

I’m adding this Curl Calm Down cream to my hair products for the summer since I plan to let my natural curls be in full swing! I already use the Smoothing Milk from Garnier, so I’m hoping this will be good to tame my mane!

Price: $3.29 (Harmon Face Value)

This will be the second bottle (other one I own is Tropicalia) of this nail polish that I buy and I absolutely love it! The different brush shape really makes a difference and the staying power is better than the Orly polish I have on now!

Price: $1.79 (Harmon Face Value)

Color: Through the Grapevine

When I saw this belt, I had to get it! I’ll post pictures when I incorporate this into an outfit.

Price: $8.99 (Dor L Dor)

Last item was this beautiful pink scarf! My friend had this on today at her Deli and the color was just beautiful! My aunt was nice enough to purchase this for me as a gift! Can’t wait to wear it!

Price: $9.99 (Dor L Dor)

Like I mentioned before, I’m really excited about all of these items!

Thank you to anyone that has taken the time to look at my blog, I really appreciate it and I hope you find something that you can relate to πŸ™‚

If anyone has tried any of the products mentioned, please let me know how they worked out for you!

*All items mentioned were purchased by me with the exception of the scarf which was a gift from my aunt.*
