Good morning everyone! I have two new products that I want to share my thoughts about. They are two shades from the new Centerstage Fergie for Wet & Wild.
First things first, the names are absolutely adorable: Old School Glam and Fuchsianista! I may have partially picked those two shades just because of the names.
On a serious note, the colors are AMAZING! I’ve only had these colors for a day and I’m already in love. I wore Fuchsianista to work today and got tons of compliments.
– Like the sleek packaging
– Love the range colors they have available
– Not a big fan of the lipstick peeking out of the package but I can live with that.
Old School Glam:
– Beautiful redish pinkish shade with a hint of orange
– Completely matte with a hint of gloss
– Deep pink shade with blue pearlescent undertone
– Not matte, has a hint of shimmer
They both have:
– Amazing pigmentation
– Go on very smooth
– Pretty good staying power (Only reapplied once)
– Great price! (Less than $4)
I am completely in love with these lipsticks! Wet and Wild has done it again and I can’t wait to get a few more shades! Definitely recommend you all try these lipsticks!
For some reason, I can’t find any of these items online. Maybe they are way too new. They should be available at your local drugstore but make sure you check for special displays.
Have you tried any of the new Centerstage items?
Happy Saturday everyone!
A lot of my friends know that my favorite store is Ross. It’s like a treasure hunt that requires some work but is so worth it when you find that one piece! On a recent visit to Ross I found an amazing Micheal Kors dress. Yes, you read correctly, Michael Kors! Here’s the best part….
$13.99 for a $99 dress! I know what your thinking, the dress is probably out of date and not that cute…
Check this baby out! This cute color block dress is all mine and I already have a few ideas of how I am going to style it. This is the perfect holiday dress paired with some stockings, boots, cute belt and a chunky necklace.
As always, these posts are encouragement for all of my readers to go check out your local discount stores. Sometimes they are hit or miss but those hits make up for all of the misses!
I’d love to hear about some of your greatest finds at discount stores in the comments below! 🙂

By this time of the month everyone is probably scrambling through their closet trying to figure out who they will be this Halloween. On this post I will show you how I will be dressing up and how to get the look.
You may recognize the outfit by the polka dots or maybe the ears!
She goes by the name of Minnie Mouse!
This look came to mind after wearing the blouse a few times to work and being referred to as Minnie Mouse. Come to realize that I actually own the ears from a trip to Disney!
Great part about my costume is the versatility of it. You can wear this to a work event or a spooky night out with your friends.
Blouse: H&M $14.95 (Similar Style)
Skirt: H&M $5.95 (Similar Style)
Shoes: H&M $12.95 – High Heel Version

Makeup: Still not sure but here’s one idea thanks to Emma’s Rectangle!
Overall, I’m really excited to wear this cute outfit on Halloween! Especially since I found all of these items in my closet so it makes the process much easier. Therefore, I encourage you all to dig through your closet and see what you find. You never know if you next costume is hiding beneath everything!

Good evening everyone! Hope you all had a fabulous weekend.
This past Thursday I was lucky to attend a beauty event hosted by Latina Magazine and CVS called Beauty Bash/Mi Belleza. Let me just start off by saying that I had such a GREAT time! This was my first beauty event and I can assure you that it won’t be my last!
The event showcased this falls biggest trends by their Beauty Editor Amanda Flores. I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking to Amanda and she is an absolute sweetheart.
She had a lot of great fall trends that I am so excited to try! Not to mention the demonstration of all the trends live. They also had makeup artists on hand to try out the look you preferred.
Fall Beauty Trends:
- Dark red vampy lip!
- Cobalt Blue Cat Eye liner.
- Small amount of gold on the lid.
- Smokey eye starting with the lightest color on the tear duct and then working your way to the darkest color in the outer lid.
- Bold eyebrow!
I chose to try the dark vampy lip by a very nice makeup artist named Alexa. She used the color Plum Paradise from Maybelline and I loved it! Check her out on twitter: @AlexaTeal!
Afterwards, I met the beautiful Shaquira Bonilla! She is a makeup teacher here in Miami. Check out her amazing hair! Visit her on youtube and twitter, she’s extremely talented!
I absolutely loved meeting other beauty fanatics in the Miami area and hope to see Latina Magazine hosting more events here because you were all amazing! Thank you for all that you do for us Latinas!
Thank you for visiting my page!
