Prabal Gurung for Target

If there is something that I absolute love, is a good deal. Now, things are even better when you can get a really good quality piece for a fraction of the price. Therefore, thank you Target for bringing some pretty nice high end items at (usually) reasonable prices. Their newest collaboration is with Prabal Gurung and you all know that I had to check it out. I was immediately attracted to the flowery patterns and colorful options.

I have recently been on a hunt for a new pair of black heels and it so happened that Prabal’s line has a gorgeous pair. Of course, I picked them up at my nearest Target and I couldn’t be happier!

They are a strappy heel with a plastic string that ties at the top and a zipper on the back so it’s very easy to put on. Now, I can say that they feel comfortable when I tried them on but we all know that those feelings go away very quickly after wearing them for many hours.

This line has many more cute shoe options and incredible clothing items. Let’s just say that I had a very hard time leaving Target with just one Prabal item. I’m so excited to wear these babies in many outfit of the day/night so please get ready!

Hope you all enjoyed this post! Please let me know if you picked up any item from the Prabal Gurung line for Target.

Review: Revlon ColorStay Liquid Eye Pen

I have a confession to make… I’ve been cheating on my MAC fluidline! In a past post, I mentioned that MAC Fluidline was my favorite eyeliner until I encountered the Revlon ColorStay Liquid Eye Pen.

This eyeliner is unlike any other! It retails for $6.56 at you local drugstore and is available in three colors; blackest black, black and blackened brown.

This eyeliner claims:

-Felt tip controlled application
-Smudge-proof lasting color that wears up to 16 hours
-Easier to apply than traditional liquid eyeliners

Why I like it:

– ALL of the claims are TRUE!

– The felt tip is incredible with precision

– The lasting power is pretty good too! It will definitely last an entire work way.

– It is most definitely easier to apply than traditional liquid eyeliners. The felt tip applicator allows for great control of the product and the line.

– The color is a true black that does not require three coats

– Matte finish!

– Slick pencil like packaging

– Great price

What I don’t like:

– I wish it existed in other colors!

– My cousin has tried this product before and mentioned that the product was not as vibrantly black in the beginning. However, she stored it upside down for over 24hrs to allow the product to go down.

All in all, this is a great product that is definitely worth spending under $7. The color, longevity and ability to create a precise line is incredible!

Let me know what you guys think of this product if you have tried it or plan on trying it.

Ebay = Too much shopping!

Good evening everyone!

I have recently been browsing eBay a lot and finding some really cute items. One thing that has really caught my eye lately are large statement necklaces but they can get a little pricey. That’s where Ebay comes in! I recently ordered two beautiful necklaces and the first one came in yesterday. Can I tell you all how beautiful it is!

The seller has this necklace in 7 colors: green, apple green, yellow, pink, orange and black. As you can tell from the picture above, I purchased the yellow one and LOVE it! The color is great, it’s big but makes a great statement. I can totally see myself wearing this with a little black dress!

The one thing I will say is that the chain is way longer than it appears online but it’s really easy to hook on to another link. Also, it took two weeks to arrive which isn’t that bad!

Best part about this necklace… it was $6.99 with FREE shipping!

If you’re looking for some cute and inexpensive necklaces, check out eBay!

Let me know if any of you are big Ebay shopper and if you have any suggestions for me to try!

Don’t leave your colored jeans tucked away this fall!

Happy Sunday!
Today I was thinking of how much I hate putting away summer outfits in the fall. I know that fall consists of more dark hues but sometimes it’s nice to incorporate some color.
One of the biggest trends lately have been colored jeans and I can’t bear to put those away for the fall. Thanks to Polyvore, I created this look featuring blue skinny jeans but with fall inspired pieces that accentuate the jeans while also making them fall appropriate.
Bring your Colored Jeans to Fall

It’s as easy as pairing a nice blazer with black booties and BAM, your colored jeans have officially turned into this years fall staple!

What other ways would you turn your colored jeans into this falls staple? Let me know in the comments!

Have a fabulous weekend everyone!
